Very sad to be leaving this lovely, spacious 2-bed flat in Kensal Rise after three very happy years!

The flat is 5 minutes walk from Kensal Rise Overground and around 15 minutes walk from Queen’s Park, with loads of great pubs, cafés and green spaces nearby.

The flat itself is incredibly spacious and relaxed, with plenty of room to have your own space. There’s a separate living room, kitchen, bathroom and home office, as well as a large double bedroom with double wardrobes, a large chest of drawers and bedside tables.

You’d be sharing with a 30-year-old female, who is lovely, easy-going and planning to move back to New Zealand towards the end of the year. This could be particularly ideal if you have a friend who might want to move in too, as her room will also need to be filled later in the year.

The landlord is kind, friendly and very laid-back, which has made living here especially easy.

I’ve genuinely loved living here and am only leaving because I’m moving on - I’m sure the next person will love the flat as much as I have!
