Hello,
Me and my flatmate Mina are looking for another girl to join our 3 Bed in Westbourne Park. We have a lovely duplex apartment with a kitchen, living room balcony and 2 bathrooms (1 toilet split in 2). We are looking for someone who is clean, tidy and who we can hopefully be social with.
Mina is psych student at Queens Mary and I am a part 2 architectural assistant. Due to our council tax we are hoping for another professional so those bills can be split equally between me and them. There will be a discount since a student lives with us.
The rent is 1000 pcm. Bills currently come at around 40 pp. The council tax should be an additional 30 pp every month.
