Big room in West London (Zone 2) - 1 OCT

I am looking for someone to take over my lovely room in a houseshare in Kensal Rise, starting from 1 October.

The rent is £700 inclusive of all bills (even council tax & WiFi). Deposit is 1 month of rent.

The current housemates are vegetarian / vegan / pescatarian, so any of these preferred - please clarify if any of these :)

The house has 5 bedrooms, although we keep 1 of the rooms as a guest bedroom/storage space and 1 lounge. The bedroom comes with 2 x large wooden wardrobes. You are welcome to move your bed / mattress or any other furniture in, but if you don't have this I am happy to leave behind my bed / mattress if needed. There is lots of storage space. We do all share 1 bathroom, but we haven't experienced any issues with that. We also have a weekly cleaning rota for the kitchen / bathroom.

The 3 other girls in their early thirties and working professionals, so I will only be considering other girls. They will have the final say and we will schedule in person viewings w/c 14th September, and will do a final quick video call before making a choice.

It's being rented out by a private landlord (hence the insanely cheap rent) we do not have a contract and there's 6 months guaranteed until 1st April, with a view to potentially extend or not depending on the landlord. One of the girls has been here 5 years and knows the landlord well, so I've never been worried about not having a contract. Landlord asks for a reference letter from employer or old landlord.
