Lovely flat in Kensal Rise

Looking for a new flatmate from end of November, but could be earlier, as my previous flatmate is sadly moving out to go travelling (lucky her!).

Lovely flat in Kensal Rise, £1050 + £170 bills. 7-minute walk to Bakerloo (Kensal Green) and Overground (Kensal Rise).

The flat has a lovely, sun-filled living room with a (non-functional) but cute fireplace. There’s a kitchen with everything you need (fridge, oven, stove, washing machine) and a bathroom with a bathtub for those long winter nights!

The room itself is quite small but nice, with natural light. In terms of storage, it has a closet and a chest of drawers.

The flat is just for 2 people. Looking for someone who’s friendly, clean, respectful, relaxed and who enjoys the occasional dinner party :)

I spent the whole summer by the Ladies’ Pond in Hampstead Heath (which is just 10mins away by train), which gives you an idea of who I am! I love going to the theatre, ballet, museums, dance performances - all kinds of delightful cultural things. I have friends around London that I meet with often and quite a busy job (as a psychologist in architecture), but it would be lovely to have an occasional dinner or a movie night together, but I also fully respect personal space and needing time alone.
