Large Double Room in Beautiful, Friendly House

Double room

I’m moving back to Liverpool so my Kensal Rise room is available! This huge ground floor room has a double bed, desk, wardrobe, chest of drawers and built in bookshelves. Plus, lovely wood floors and a door out into a beautiful big garden.

The house has two bathrooms (both with a shower) and the ground floor bathroom has a bath too, it’s also directly across from your room, so it’s a bit like having an en-suite! Although you’ll be sharing with four others there’s never a queue for the loo!

Our kitchen is huge with plenty of room for prepping and cooking, and our shared living room is perfect for watching tv together after a day at work.

Our garden has a shed for storage and is also the venue for our annual summer parties. Although we’re not a party house, we’re not opposed to people having friends/family over for dinner/to stay etc, as long as there’s some notice given in the group chat!

❤️Darius, an RE teacher who likes interesting flavours of Fanta and meditating

We’re a fairly sociable house (enjoying chats in the kitchen, watching The Traitors, film nights etc.) but also value personal space. We understand that after a long day you sometimes need to switch off!

The house is well located, a ten minute walk to Kensal Rise overground (Mildmay line), twenty minute walk to Willesden Green tube (Jubilee line), and fifteen minute walk to Kensal Green overground (Bakerloo line). There’s a big Sainsbury’s a fifteen minute walk away, plus plenty of cute cafes and even a tiny cinema to explore nearby!

We’d love to find a female housemate who is an LGBTQ ally, tidy (we have a cleaning rota to keep things in shape!), and wants to treat this lovely house as her home. Message me with some details about you and if it’s a match then I’ll invite you for a viewing! X
