Double room in friendly Kensal Rise house

Furnished double room in 6-bedroom house with garden.

The room includes a double bed and mattress, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers. There is also additional storage space built into the room.

The house includes a large kitchen, dining room and a living room with a big TV. The bathroom is shared with one other housemate, and there’s an extra shared toilet downstairs.

The house is made up of friendly professionals who work in a variety of industries including film, politics and design. It’s a very welcoming group, who enjoy each other’s company. We are an LGBTQ+ and POC friendly household.

Bills are not included and are split equally by everyone in the house. A cleaner visits every two weeks to keep common areas and bathrooms clean.

The house is around the corner from Chamberlayne Road, which has a great choice of shops, pubs and amenities. Lovely Queen’s Park is only a 5 minute walk away.

The area has great public transport options. Kensal Rise station (Mildmay line) is a 2 minute walk away and Kensal Green station (Bakerloo and Lioness lines) a 10 minute walk.
