I'm looking for a female professional to share my home. It would start as a short-term let, with the option to extend if it works well for us both.

About me: I'm a young working professional. I'm tidy, considerate and easy to talk to. I'd love to live with someone who is clean, responsible and communicates openly, and if we become friends along the way, even better.

The house: I'm in the middle of renovating, so the kitchen and bathrooms are brand new. The house is on two floors, so your room is completely separate from the rest of the house and you'll have plenty of privacy.

The area: Kensal Rise is a lovely, friendly, family-oriented neighbourhood in Zone 2. It's a short walk to both the Bakerloo line and the Overground, so getting into central London is easy.

There's no rush on my side. I'd rather wait for the right person, and I'm happy to agree a move-in date that works for you.
