No kidding. He lived here when he was traveling in the 70s.

So it's no coincidence that both the Rasta Prophet of Universal Understanding and this house are both very chill.

If you're looking for a DOUBLE in a zone with character:

Namely the Kensal Rise / Kensal Green / Queen's Park area, keep reading...

You might just inherit a bit of Bob Marley's cool 8-)

Fun fact: the name of the street is Mortimer Road.

Not far from here there is a cemetery.

A really COOL one.

Kensal Green Cemetery.

A lot of rich, influential and common people have been buried here. If you like to delight your eyes with Gothic architecture or recharge your intuition you can visit it at least once for a a very cool experience.

Alright so we've got an Adams Family vibe going on here... what else?

OH RIGHT LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT THE ROOM

- It has a kingsize bed
- It's got an IKEA table
- Big wardrobe with a huge mirror
- It's got a nice comfortable chair
- Lamp for those late-night working sessions
- The kitchen is somewhat small but fully furnished (fridge, washing machine, toaster, microwave, pots and pans)

Another thing about this house...

You will have some interesting flatmates.

All chill AND respectful.

All professionals in their 30s really worth knowing...

Some for their stories, other for their professions and others for their cooking tips.

I'll let you discover which is which ;)

It's safe to say that if it's your birthday or other such special occasion... and you serve them at least one piece of cake... that will make you complaint proof (for the most part -- keep the coke and hookers to yourself though, those are too good to waste on the commoners)

All kidding aside,

If you can keep your s*** together and pay the £700 every month everybody will be very happy here.

Other costs are £10 for electricity and barely reaching £3 for gas every month.

So it's actually a good price if you want a good space.

FAIR DISCLAIMER: You may fall in love with the area, just like I did.... and you'll want to stay.

For me it was an interesting start in London for sure. A new chapter in my life.

Perhaps it could be your next? :)

Give me a call now and put on Don't Worry Be Happy as you get here...

There's a park with squirrels and foxes nearby called Queen's Park. It's gorgeous. There's also a club called Paradise nearby that also has gorgeous creatures in it (15 minutes away)

I wouldn't leave this place if my passport weren't expiring and me haven't seen my family in quite a while.

So with this emergency I have to leave ASAP so please call or share this advert if it even put a smile on your face.

Thanks,
Silvestru

P. S. It's the weekend... Come see this chill place.
