We are a quiet respectful household from all walks of life, looking for someone alike. The house is located in Kensal town close to 3 train stations, connected to both to the underground and the overground.
We are currently 4 people and are looking for a 5th, 3 of us are in our 20s and one of our housemate is a elderly woman in her 80s who has lived in the house for over a decade so we try to keep it quiet for her in the shared spaces in the evening.
The house does not have a shared living room. We are looking for someone that can move immediately, latest by the 10th of October, later move in date is acceptable, but full rent will still be required by the 10th as that is when the monthly rent is collected by the landlord.
Bills are around £75 per month.
