I’m looking for someone to sublet my spacious double bedroom with private bathroom in this very comfortable and well located flat in West Kensington, just a 5-minute walk from Notting Hill Gate station (zone 1) for 3 months from December/January to ideally March/April with some flexibility, arrangements can be discussed.

I’m also considering a transfer of tenancy, to happen as soon as possible. Please see further details at the end.

THE ROOM / FLAT 🏡

This is a bright double room with all the furniture in the pictures. It overlooks an internal courtyard and gets plenty light throughout the day. There’s also potential space for a desk.
There is a fully furnished kitchen/open living with modern appliances (dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle etc.), with plenty of storage and cosy shared spaces. There is also a washing machine and a dryer. The apartment has a total of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, with a lot od independence as each room benefit of its own bathroom.

THE AREA 📍

West Kensington is a great area to leave in, very central and active with so many cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, shops, gyms and less than 10 minutes walk form Kensington Gardens. The closest tube station is Notting Hill Gate just a 5 minute walk and there is a bus station just in front of the door.
