1 bed studio flat with garden (most bills inc)

I am moving in with my partner and am looking for someone to take over my tenancy on 12th June.

The flat is a semi-basement studio flat with a separate kitchen and living space as well as a private garden! Bills are all included except WiFi and electricity (which is on a PAYG meter). There is a laundry room down the corridor which is shared with two others.

There is permit parking available on the street outside the flat (extra payment to Hammersmith and Fulham council). The flat is within walking distance of the Piccadilly and District underground lines and to the Mildmay overground line and Southern rail at Kensington Olympia. There is a Sainsbury's local a minute away and a big Tesco ten minutes away by foot.

This is a lovely little flat and the landlord is quick to respond to any issues (all repairs I have required have been sorted within 24 hours).
