The bedroom is next door to the main bathroom which will generally be solely yours as the other bedroom is en-suite.

The flat is on a beautiful quiet square, a couple of minutes walk from High Street Kensington and Holland Park. Equally quick to walk to Earls Court station for the Piccadilly Line.

Rent is £1,715 per month + bills. Looking for a long term tenant (rolling contract given new renters rights act)

About housemate:
25 year old male working in Private Equity - I have lived in the flat for last 2.5 years. I work from home 1-2 days a week. Outside of work I enjoy playing tennis (often followed by visiting the pub on the corner of the square), going to concerts / playing piano (studied music at uni), and hosting bbqs and dinners from time to time.

Looking for tidy and easy going flatmate who’s equally happy with a quiet night in alongside going to the pub / having people around etc.

No couples and will need to pass standard referencing checks
