I’m an actor heading away on tour and am looking for someone to sublet my room while I’m away.
The flat is clean, quiet, and friendly, with a living room, dishwasher, and washing machine. We have a cleaner who comes twice a month.
You’d be living with three friendly, laid-back guys: one works in PR, one has just finished a degree in Architecture, and one works in Hospitality. It’s a respectful and LGBTQ friendly household.
The room is £750 a month, all bills included.
The location is great, with about a 10-minute walk to both Earls Court and Kensington Olympia stations. Holland Park and Kensington Gardens are both within walking distance, as is Kensington High Street. There’s also a large Tesco Superstore nearby.
