Lovely double room in West Kensington

Double furnished bedroom is available from 14th December (possibly from 1st).

The room comes with its own private bathroom, there is a large living room and very large kitchen in the flat with access to a large balcony. There is a communal garden and parking space (at a cost) and a 24/7 porter in a very secure building.

The other two flatmates are Georgia (28) and Sophie (25). I am looking for someone to replace me. I have lived here for the past six months, and the only reason I am moving out is that my work placement in London ends and I will be going back to Austria. I have had the most amazing time in this flat, felt super safe, and Georgia and Sophie are the lovliest flatmates.

West Kensington tube station is around a 5 minute walk (District line), and Barons Court tube station is around 5-10 minutes away (Piccadilly line). We also have Kensington Olympia overground around 5-10 minutes away. We are located just off Kensington High Street and Holland Park which is beautiful. It is around a 15 minute walk to the Thames path in Hammersmith, where a lot of cute pubs, cafés and rowing clubs are.

Really only looking for someone who is able to pay rent from December 14th.
