Lovely bright double room in a peaceful and calm flatshare in the heart of Kensington. The flat is at the top of a period town-house (on the 5th floor, so ideally you really enjoy climbing stairs!). There's a great view out of the bedrooms to the rear, and the living room to the front (which has a plant filled balcony overlooking the beautiful garden square outside).

The flat is a bit of a retreat from the noise of London, with the rustle of leaves and birds singing in the trees outside, but is also incredibly close to zone 1 transport, the vibrant shopping of High Street Kensington and some large supermarkets. It has double glazing, good central heating, and a nice hot shower too.

As you might have gathered, it is not really a party place. I'm looking someone who is independent, but straightforward, honest and friendly. Ideally you are 30+, but definitely not younger than 28 please! Ideally you aren't a relentless carnivore or incredibly heavy drinker.

Flat decor is 'characterful'. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a homely living room and a maturing balcony garden with spaces for contemplation.

Quiet & safe area and very quick to get into central London. Underground is 3 mins walk and a vast network of buses all around.
