Our penthouse apartment is on Melbury / Addison Road, and boasts stunning views overlooking the neighbourhood from various angles.

It’s a spacious and beautifully maintained 3-bedroom home, featuring a large open-plan living and kitchen area.

I’m letting our middle (Double) bedroom here; with a bed, desk, chair, and inbuilt wardrobe. - The video is an old one: room is different now (double bed / desk).

☕ Kitchen highlights: It’s my favourite part of the home! Includes a Tassimo coffee machine, auto-filtered drinking water from the tap, loads of cabinet space, and a large fridge and freezer.

🧼 Cleaning: A professional cleaner comes monthly — they’ll also clean your room, change the bedsheets and towels!

🌐 WiFi: We have super-fast fibre optic internet. 1 gb actually!

Parking) we may be able to either help you get approved for a local-permit (at your own cost), or, you'd be able to find (first-come-first-serve) parking plots here.

Others here are working professionals, a Doctor, an Engineer, and a PhD researcher, mostly busy with work and or travelling — so you’ll have plenty of peace and privacy.

What we really care about is "quiet enjoyment" and super-tidy / cleanliness - so working from home / loud calls / bring friends over is unfortunately not feasible for us.
