Hi! I’m currently based in Earl’s Court with my best friend, but she’s sadly moving abroad, so I’m looking either to join the flat.

About the flat:
~7 min walk to West Brompton, ~8 min walk to Earls Court Station ~10 min walk to Chelsea ~20 min walk to High St Ken (perfect location!)

2 bed first floor Victorian flat with high ceilings, bay windows. Fully furnished, there’s a giant sofa that is extremely comfy.
The available room cosy and is the smaller of the two but fits a double bed,

Rent: £1,300 pp/month, bills not included (~£150-200 monthly)
Lease terms: 6 month commitment and continue onto rolling contract with 2 months' notice.
Landlord + property managers are the best we've ever encountered they are so responsive and are genuinely incredible.

LOOKING FOR: a professional who works from the office, preferably 39+ year old. Tidy, friendly.

About me:
30F, work in tech in London Bridge and WFH part of the week. Originally from California and moved to London ~4.5 years ago.
I love cosy nights in, cooking together, travelling, girls dinners, trying new places, occasional nights out, and generally creating a home that feels warm and easy to come back to.
