1 bed flat full of character in Chelsea-3 MONTHS

I have a 1 bed flat in Chelsea full of character for rent from 15th September 2026 to 15th December 2026.

This is my home, so all furnishings are nice and comfortable. This year I will be travelling for both my parent’s 80th birthday and will be away for 3 months. I am looking for a responsible adult, who appreciates a quiet space and will treat my flat with respect. It’s for one person only.

This is a very quiet period building with ceilings over 3.30 meters high. Very bright. Residents are all mature professionals in their 40s and 50s, and we respect each other. This is NOT a building for parties and/or blasting music.

Electricity is extra and we’ll take a meter reading when you move in and out, so you’ll only pay for what you use. Everything is electric so there’s no gas to worry about.

I have mobile internet, so there’s no wired connection. If you need internet, you’ll have to get your own mobile internet or use a local / neighbourhood EE network, to which you connect wirelessly and pay by day, week or month.
