Double room in bright Fulham flat

Hi, my name's Maddy and I'm looking for someone to take over my room from 24th October. You'd be living with the lovely Juliette and Kate, who are super easygoing, sociable and tidy.

The flat itself is bright, very spacious and modern, with a big shared living room, large kitchen and one bathroom.

Positioned in a super well-connected area, it's a short walk to Earls Court, Chelsea, and Fulham Broadway, with good bus links right outside. There's a Tesco Express and Sainsbury's Local within 5 minutes, and a big Sainsbury's and Aldi within 10 minutes.

A bit about the flatmates: Juliette (29) is a lawyer, working from the office most days, and Kate (25) is a consultant, working from home occasionally. Both are super friendly and enjoy a wine in the living room from time to time. Equally, both have their own lives and aren't in each other's pockets all the time.

We're looking for someone who's friendly and likes to keep things clean and tidy. Non-smoker, no pets, and not currently a student, please.
