Hiii! 🫶🏼 I’m looking for someone to take over my room in our lovely 2-bed flat from around 21st October (slightly flexible!).

🛏️ THE ROOM

Bright, furnished double room with a double bed + huge mirrored wardrobe with loads of storage. It gets lovely natural light and is also super quiet at night.

🏡 THE FLAT

A cosy 2-bed period-conversion flat on the 3rd floor (no lift!), with a big bright living room and huge windows overlooking a really pretty street.

The living room is probably my favourite part — comfy sofas, candles, flowers, adjustable lighting and perfect for having friends over or just having a tea after work 🥹

Separate kitchen with washing machine + dishwasher, and shared bathroom.

📍 THE AREA

Amazing location, exactly between Earl’s Court (5 mins) and Gloucester Road (8 mins). Huge Sainsbury’s 2 mins away, plus loads of cute cafés, pubs and restaurants nearby.

It’s a really lovely and safe area for walks, and South Ken, High Street Ken, Hyde Park, V&A and Natural History Museum are all within walking distance. 🫶🏼

👯‍♀️ THE FLATMATE

You’d be living with my lovely flatmate, 28, half Italian/half Mexican. She’s super sociable, loves the gym, reformer Pilates, reggaeton and going out, but also works a lot so there’s a really nice balance of doing things together while having your own lives.

💌 YOU

Looking for a professional in their 20s/30s who’s friendly, clean and respectful. Totally fine if you WFH, go out a lot or have friends over — we want you to feel at home! Ideally someone who’s also happy to occasionally have a wine, dinner or tea together 🥰
