I’ve got a room available in my house in Chelsea. It’s a really good opportunity for someone looking for a nice place to live in a great area without having to worry about loads of extra costs.

All bills are included, as well as Sky TV and high-speed broadband.

The house is comfortable, clean and has everything you need for day-to-day living. There’s a fully equipped kitchen, a good shared living space, plenty of storage and a separate room that can be used as an office/work space.

The bedroom can be fully furnished with a brand-new bed and wardrobe, or I can leave it unfurnished if you'd rather bring your own things.

A bit about me

I’m 32 and work as a Strength & Conditioning Coach in the football industry. My job means I travel quite a bit, so I’m not always around, but when I am home I’m pretty relaxed.

I’m into football, training and keeping active, but I also enjoy having a chilled home life. I’m not looking for someone who wants to live in each other’s pockets — just someone friendly, clean and respectful who wants a nice place to live.

The house is relaxed and I think it works well because everyone can do their own thing, but equally it’s nice to have a chat or watch TV together when you’re around.
