There is a sizeable private roof terrace with cat enclosure, separate eat-in kitchen, bathroom with dryer, washing machine and bath but no shower, lots of storage space, study space, hidden bed-enclosure with smart tv, and a gated entrance to the main building which is set back from the main road.
All bills included in rent. I do not have Wi-Fi installed (I use my mobile hotspot when I stay here) but we can arrange this.
