Hi! I'm in my mid 30s and work in the city. Sometimes fairly long hours in the week followed by the gym most evenings.

Looking for a new flat mate as my previous tenant Rachel sadly moved back to Australia after living here for two years. She used to go to the same gym and have her friends over for dinner from time to time.

I am sociable and enjoy winding down my evenings over a good film or something on the TV

The flat is two good sized double bedrooms with a large living room and dinning room and a separate kitchen and a shared bathroom. Cleaner currently comes once a week

I am looking for a professional tenant to rent my spare double room. The room has a double bed, mattress, bedside table and a decent wardrobe/storage for your possessions- plenty of space. You can watch Sky TV via Sky Q Mini Box in the bedroom. The bed lifts up for extra storage

I like to come home to a clean home so looking for someone who also likes to live in a clean environment.
