I am looking for a friendly, relaxed lodger to share my 3 bed flat. I am offering a lovely, quiet, double bedroom close to the amenities of Kentish Town, Primrose Hill, Chalk Farm and Hampstead.
The room is bright, with a built-in wardrobe and a desk and chair. The flat is modern, stylish and well-equipped (WiFi Gig 1, central heating, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, microwave, etc.) with a roof terrace and great views over London.
On the doorstep we have a lively market with lots of shops, a post office, fish and chips, supermarket, cash points, pubs, swimming pool, gym, the Zabludowicz and Isokon Galleries, Hampstead Heath and Primrose Hill.
Convenient transport links: 1 minute walk to 24/46 bus stop, 7 minutes to Chalk Farm Tube, and 5 minutes to Kentish Town West Overground.
Bills included (gas, electricity, water, council tax, WiFi)

Unfortunately the room is not available to people working from home. Would suit a young professional working 9-5, 5 days a week.

1 month deposit and copy of passport required.
