Amazing room available 1st Sept

A double room is becoming available in our friendly houseshare September, just a stones throw away from Kentish Town Station (literally 30 seconds away! but on a quiet road just off Kentish Town High Street).

The Flatmates:
The remaining housemates are myself (Sarah) works in Supply Chain, Chrissy works in Shipping Law and Sally a Doctor. We all like hang out together regularly (whether that's going out for a meal, to the pub or just watching tv) and are now great friends so we want someone who is keen to join our little group. We don't really want someone who we never see or who isn't sociable but we are open to both a male or female new housemate. This is our home, not just a place to sleep but as long as you are friendly, tidy and up for a laugh - I'm sure we will get on well. We're looking for someone that preferable doesn't work from home full time.

The Flat:
The flat is the top two floors of a semi-detached house. We have a shared living room and kitchen, x1 bathroom, x1 toilet and x4 bedrooms. The available room is a good sized double which comes with a double bed, chest of drawers and built in wardrobe.

The rent includes all bills minus a cleaner which we have every 2 weeks. We have fibre optic broadband, a dishwasher and washing machine.

Location:
We are located about a 1 min walk (30 seconds if you run!) from Kentish Town tube station! Which means we are also a 1min walk from the local supermarkets, pubs and buses. There are loads of great pubs round here as well as lots of restaurants and great transport links.
