Current flatmate has moved out and we are looking for a tidy and friendly flatmate to replace her.

The room has a double bed and built in wardrobe. Its good for one person and enough space for an occasional visitor.

You'd share the bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen-living room area with me.

The flat is fully furnished, and has exposed brick and high ceilings. It is situated in a quiet street in Kentish Town, just off the bustling Queens Crescent market which is a great place for grocery shopping.

Surrounded by lots of beautiful green space - 10 mins to Hampstead Heath and 15 mins to Primrose Hill.

I'm a cultural studies Professor. Liberal and friendly - love the occasional chat but also respectful of your space.

Rent is £960 p/m + bills of ±£105 p/m

Looking to sign an initial 4 month lease with option to renew thereafter.
