The house is beautiful and spacious, with a large kitchen-diner and a rear garden. It is situated in a quiet street, at walking distance from the underground (Tufnell Park), the railway/overground station (Kentish Town), and Hampstead Heath.

We are looking for a relaxed, tidy, and considerate lodger, who is interested in what happens in the world. The person must have good knowledge of house hygiene rules.

It would particularly suit PhD students, professionals, and mature people looking for a quiet home, to share with a landlord along with several others.

The rent is inclusive of council tax, bills, wireless broadband. Cleaning is not included. Both proof of stable income and Right to Rent required. Strictly non-smokers. NHS people welcome.
