Beautiful Double Bedroom with Garden Views

Hi everyone,

I'm leaving London and looking for a lovely person to take over this beautiful room in Kentish Town in a friendly household.

THE ROOM:
The room is about 3.3m x 3.4m, it has high ceilings and comes with a double bed, wardrobe, large drawers, bedside drawers, and a desk. It's on the second floor of the house overlooking our garden, and with views of our beautiful neighbourhood trees.

The room will be available from the 1st August (or slightly sooner if needed).

THE HOUSE:
The place has 3 floors and 5 bedrooms in total. The kitchen is modern and has a dining table, and the lounge has 3 sofas so there's plenty of space for everyone.

There's a lovely garden, with table and chairs, sun loungers, and a BBQ.

THE HOUSEMATES:
You'll be joining a friendly quiet household of professionals. We each have our own routines but enjoy catching up from time to time and respect one another's space.

OTHER STUFF:
Monthly rent is £860, which is a bit of a bargain for the amount of space, and bills are currently around £150 each month including everything (all utilities+council tax) and taking into account winter energy usage.

The landlord is very responsive and quick to repair/deal with any issues when they arise.
