Room in 3-bed flat in the heart of Kentish Town

Hi!

Our names are Anupam and Dan. We have one room available in our spacious 3 bedroom flat from July 20th.

A little bit about the flat:

A large three-bedroom flat on the Kentish Town Road - a minute's walk from Kentish Town Underground and National Rail station, and just 10 mins from Camden Lock and the buzz that comes with it!

We have all local amenities on our doorstep, including Co-op right next-door and plenty of good pubs nearby. Within minutes, you can walk to Sainsbury's, Iceland, Tesco and a whole host of excellent local shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants.

The bedroom is a decent size and comes with a double bed, fixed drawers and space to hang clothes, as well as two bedside tables.

Spread over 2.5 floors, there is plenty of space in the rest of the flat too. The shared living room is huge, with space for two sofas, an armchair and coffee table. We have a Sky subscription, and the TV is hooked up to eight speakers, offering a surround sound viewing experience.

We have two bathrooms, so morning shower scheduling not a problem! The upstairs bathroom has a bath and there is also a storage cupboard on the third floor.

We're also lucky to have a great landlord, who's super responsive and very helpful if we ever need anything.

A little bit about us:

Anupam: Freelance Management Consultant, 38

I'm a big music fan (taste varies widely from Oasis to Above & Beyond, Ben Howard to Jamie Cullum to Taylor Swift). I love football, tennis, rock-climbing and performing improv comedy. When I'm not exercising or doing improv, I'm quite likely to be embarking on a spiritual journey through meditation, gathering people together for the next pub quiz, or catching up on Love Island 🏝️☀️.

Dan: Communications consultant, 37

This flat was so good to me I decided to move back in! I’m a Communications Consultant at a PR agency. Spend the majority of the week in the office (circa 4 days) Really easy going and enjoy getting back to the flat for some good chat and cooking the odd flat dinner. Occasional stand-up comedian when I have the time to write material.

When we're at home, we enjoy watching TV (films, comedy, documentaries and reality TV!), listening to music or just hanging out making dinner. Also partial to local pub quizzes!!

We'd really like to find someone relaxed, fun and easy going to join us in our open, airy and well kept flat, at a good price, and in such a central, buzzing location.
