Very large room in Kentish Town

Hey!

We have a very large, UNFURNISHED room available in our shared flat in Kentish Town.

2 mins from the station and high street. 15 mins from Central London.

This room will suit a professional, perfect for someone who WFH. Someone who respects the space please!

You’ll be sharing the flat with 2 females, and we would really prefer a female flatmate to join.

The room is totally unfurnished, so you will need to furnish it.

However,

-Wardrobe provided.
-Shelving unit pictured current tenant happy to sell.

The rent covers heating and hot water but other bills are split between the housmates.

There is no communal living room, but this room is large enough for double bed, desk, sofa, coffee table etc. Its huge.

We also have a large entrance all where there is a table, seats etc.

I am the live out landlord and I live at the end of the road with my husband and children. I’m on hand if anything is needed.

I really value the happiness of the tenants and care about the property. Hope we can find a great housemate!
