Large Bedroom in Beautiful Flat in Kentish Town

Hello! I have a very large King size room available from Sunday 27 September 2026, in a rather amazing four bedroom flat just a 7-minute walk from Kentish town tube. I'm looking for a professional or q mature student to join our relaxed, quiet home. I have a sweet old dog named Patches. The bedroom in the modern basement extension downstairs is quiet, light and you will share a large modern shower room with one other person, Matt, a professional who is not home often. The room has large light wells & an air-system, but doesn't have windows to open & close. This is not for everyone. Those who live here love it, as it is light, quiet and spacious. This is a 3-story apartment, with the double reception, kitchen & garden on the middle floor. On the top floor is another lodger & myself. I travel a lot, so will need a trustworthy, responsible & tidy tenant. All bills are included, & my long-term cleaner comes on Tuesdays every week.
I prefer someone who work in an office or doing a masters or PHD over someone who works from home.
