* It's tucked away few mins from the high street - so everything you need is around the corner like gym, sainsbury's, yoga studio and lots of cute cafes.
* Fully furnished Medium-sized room.
* Rent: £1150 per month (bills included)
* Move-in date: Room available from 26th Jan.
* Minimum tenancy: Open to Short Sublet of minimum three months.

About Me:
* 33-year-old woman from India, living in London for 8 years
* Work in health equity, background in Psychology, Social Justice and Human Rights Law.
* Travels often for work so you’ll have the flat to yourself.
* Vegetarian, non-smoker, and non-drinker
* Love cooking, yoga, hiking, reading, and visiting museums
* Shares food, hugs trees, driven by curiosity, prefers political alignment, and dislikes crowded places.
* Work from the office Monday to Thursday (sometimes Fridays).

About You:
I'm looking for more than just a flatmate - I'd love to share my flat with someone I connect with.
Ideally, you are:
* A clean, responsible, and considerate person who values shared living
* A good communicator who takes equal ownership of house responsibilities
* Someone who doesn't work from home full-time (but occasional WFH is fine)
* If you're looking for a spacious flat, this is not be the right fit, as the kitchen and bathroom are relatively small. But if you are looking for a safe space, this is it.
