Ensuite double near Kentish Town and the Heath

Our lovely housemate is moving out with his partner and we're looking for someone to replace him at the start of the new contract.

The room is a large en-suite double, fully furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe. The desk belongs to our current housemate but there is plenty of space to fit a desk if you work from home.

The flat itself has plenty of shared space, with a kitchen, separate living room/dining area, and a very large roof terrace. We've got a table and chairs, some planters and a barbeque out on the roof for when it's a little less chilly!

We're very well located in terms of public transport. Kentish Town and Chalk Farm tube stations are both around 10 minutes walk and Gospel Oak and Kentish Town West on the overground are only just over 5 minutes walk away.

Who we are:
We are Grace (27, she/her) and Liv (27, she/her). I work in sustainable transport and Liv works as an orthoptist. Outside of work, Liv is in an orchestra and I play football. We both like a pub trip (we've recently discovered a great new pub nearby with a fire!), the cinema, exhibitions, walks, and are generally pretty open to trying new things. We appreciate a social, chilled out energy around the house.

Who we're looking for:
Someone in their 20s or 30s who is friendly, social and happy to hang out, and up for the odd evening watching telly or the occasional pint.
The landlord has asked that the person renting the room can evidence and annual income of £40k+.

Bills are around £100-150, we're in council tax band C.

Accessibility: the flat is on the first floor. There is no lift.
