Lovely double room in Kentish Town

About the room:
Large double with high ceiling, large window (great view of the sunset) and a (decorative only) fireplace. It includes a wardrobe, king size bed, drawers and bedside table.

About the flat:
It's a really homely flat with lots of light in a wide residential road between Kentish Town
and Tufnell Park tube stations. The flat has a light and airy feel throughout and is on the third and fourth floor of a Georgian House in a lovely area. Near good pubs, cafes and restaurants.

There is a well equipped kitchen, a living room with balcony and two bathrooms.
The living room is fully furnished and has a really lovely feel to it. The little balcony has views out to Hampstead Heath. The kitchen has all the essentials, and there's plants all over the house!

All bills, council tax and internet are split three ways.

About the flatmates:
Our housemate Nat has moved up to Scotland, so you'll be moving in with Suzanne (works at a charity) and Alice (works for a finance company).

Ideally we're looking for a housemate who's also in their 30s (give or take), and wants to live in a flat that feels like a proper home. We're laid back, friendly and strike a balance between solo down time and enjoying a wine and natter together on the balcony.

Transport:
Transport links are great. It's a five min walk to the Northern Line at either Tufnell Park or Kentish Town. Kentish Town is also on the Thameslink and Kentish Town West is on the Overground.
