Bright room in a friendly Kentish Town flat – near

A room is opening up in our lovely two-bedroom Kentish Town flat (two bedrooms, one bathroom). Our current housemate has been here three years and is only moving out to live with his girlfriend, so the place is settled and well looked after.
I'll be moving in too, and I already know the people here, so there's a warm, welcoming vibe to the place from day one. I'm pretty chill and happy to make friends, but there's no pressure to socialise — we can just as easily enjoy some quiet time after work. It's a relaxed home where you can be as social or as low-key as you like.
Since it's just the two of us sharing the flat and one bathroom, the one thing that matters to me is keeping the shared areas clean and tidy together, so I'm hoping for someone easy-going who's on the same page with that.
The room on offer is Bedroom 2, which is a good size and has a really nice view. Kentish Town itself is a great spot — relaxed, leafy, close to several parks, and with quick links into central London when you need them.
