Two rooms in great Kentish Town location

Bedroom 1

There are two rooms available in our 4-person flat in Kentish Town, one from July and one from August.

Room 1 is south facing with tall windows and wooden floors. It is furnished with a double bed, desk, two bedside tables, a shelving unit and a wardrobe.

Availability: late June or early July (flexible). Monthly rent: £770.50

Room 2 is smaller, south-facing, and is furnished with: a double bed, desk, large wardrobe and chair.

Availability: August 3 or slightly earlier. Monthly rent: £721.90.

You will be moving in with two friendly housemates, Michał and Jason.
Jason (he/him) works in an opticians in Central London, Mon-Fri 9-5. Most evenings he splits between home and his partner's house. Michał works in a wine bar and has access to discounted wine, he usually works evenings/late afternoons and enjoy charity shopping.

A non-exhaustive list of things it is a close walk from: Hampstead Heath (10-ish mins), Parliament Hill Lido (same), Kentish Town tube and Thameslink station (3 mins), a bus stop serving the 134 (1 second), a Co-op (about 6 seconds), small Aldi, Sainsbury’s, Tesco, organic supermarket, Mediterranean supermarket (all within 5 mins), three gyms (under 5 mins), Taylor Swift’s favourite kebab shop (1 min). And many, many pubs, great food places and charity shops.

The location is truly thrilling, especially for the price, but please note there is no living room – the kitchen is the only communal area where we can chat, hang out etc. Oh, and the fridge is tiny, but there is a separate freezer. The flat is on the fourth floor, unfortunately there is no elevator.

Bills are typically around £80-100 per month. All the typical referencing stuff is required by the landlord.
