**Spacious Sunny Room with balcony – for a Couple**

We're looking for a friendly couple to take over a large, sunny bedroom in our spacious 3-bed flat, anytime from the beginning of July to the end of July at the latest.

The room has a huge amount of wardrobe and storage space as well as a balcony. The room is currently unfurnished, but the existing bed can be bought from the current tenant if needed.

You'll be living with one other couple and another housemate. We're a social household who enjoy going out at weekends, seeing friends, but also like to chill.

The flat is just an 8-minute walk to Kentish Town station and a similar distance to Gospel Oak station, with Hampstead Heath only 10 minutes away.

We're ideally looking for a couple who are clean, tidy, considerate, and are keen to live in a social home.

**Rent:** £1,600 per month
**Bills:** Approximately £150 per month
**deposit:** £1,183 for the room
