Room in stunning flat in Kentish Town

**Cosy single bedroom in a lovely penthouse flat**

We're looking for a friendly person to take over a bedroom in our spacious 3-bed flat, anytime from the beginning of July to the end of July at the latest.

You'll be living with one other couple and another housemate. We're a social household who enjoy going out at weekends, seeing friends, but also like to chill.

The flat is just an 8-minute walk to Kentish Town station and a similar distance to Gospel Oak station, with Hampstead Heath only 10 minutes away.

We're ideally looking for someone who’s clean, considerate, and are keen to live in a social home.

* *Bills:** Approximately £150 per month
* *deposit:** £1,183 for the room!!!
