Room in Kentish Town

Looking for somebody to take over my room in a lovely flat in Kentish Town!

I’ve lived in the flat for the past 4 years, but am moving into a new flat with my girlfriend & so am having to say goodbye.

The flat is in a fantastic private building around 10-15 minutes from Kentish Town Station (Northern Line, Thameslink) and Camden Road Station (overground).

I’ve loved living in this flat, which is in a fantastic area - shown by the fact I’m moving 250m down the road - and has been a fantastic place to spend four years.

The bedroom has plenty of space for a double bed, wardrobes, multiple sets of drawers & a desk, with further storage available across the flat (storage cupboard in the hallway and plenty of space in the kitchen.)

You’ll be living with Will (28m) and Sam (28m) initially, although Sam will also be moving in with his girlfriend at the end of September, so you will be able to select a new housemate (or upgrade to one of the bigger rooms) . Will is also currently looking to buy - so you might even have the opportunity to build your perfect flatmate combination. Both are fantastic housemates who are considerate, easy to talk to & clean.

I can be relatively flexible with move in dates (any time from two weeks past advertise) so please let me know what works for you.

Bills are excluded from the price above, but all in come to just over 1,050 pcm.
