Room near Hampstead/ Kentish Town/ Tufnell Park

Hello!

I am leaving this lovely flat to move in with my boyfriend, so I am looking for someone to replace me!

It’s a sunny double room with a large window overlooking a peaceful communal area. The room has space for a desk and chest of drawers- there is also a large cupboard directly outside the room for the sole use of whoever moves into this room. The flat has everything you need, a large living space, balcony, and a separate kitchen with a dishwasher and clothes dryer!! Bills aren’t included so we split them - usually around £130 pp.

The location is incredible - Hampstead Heath and Parliament Hill is just at the end of the road, which is honestly the best! You are also 15 minutes walk from the Hampstead Heath ladies ponds, or the Parliament Hill Lido if you like swimming. It’s well connected with the Northern line, Kentish Town is 15 mins walk away, Tufnell Park is about 12 mins walk away. The overground and Thames Link 15 mins walk and we have two buses on the doorstep. The 88 bus takes you to the centre- I work near Piccadilly Circus and it takes me about 45 minutes to get to work in the morning on the bus! The area is super cute with coffee shops, bakeries and restaurants just round the corner on Swains Lane. You are also in walking distance to Highgate and Hampstead. If you want to go somewhere busier Kentish Town is 15 minutes walk away, Camden is 30 minutes walk away and of course you can get the bus!

You’ll be living with Savanna, 28, a video Editor and Sahara, 26 a climate data scientist. We’re good friends and enjoy hanging out when we have time but we also respect each other’s space. Looking for someone who’s friendly with a similar vibe who’s also clean and respectful of noise.

We have a private landlady, who grew up in the flat. She’s helpful and easygoing so no agency’s to deal which is great.
