En-suite Double Room: Kentish Town/Tufnell Park

Hello! I’m Richard. 30 years old, from Cambridge but have lived in London for the past 5 years. Working as a professional in the charity sector. My current flatmate is moving out to move him with his partner so I’m looking for someone to take over the bedroom in our bright modern Kentish Town flat.

**Available for mid-September, for longer-term**

The Room & Flat
You’ll be getting a spacious, furnished double bedroom with:
- A double bed, wardrobe, dresser, drawers, two large sash windows
- Your own bathroom with shower and bath
- A large terrace with plenty of natural light and fresh air
- Kitchen fully equipped with a full-sized fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine.
- Split floor flat over 2nd and 3rd floors.

Location & Transport
- Located in a fantastic spot in Kentish Town (Camden Council, Tax Band D), nearby to great cafés, pubs, restaurants, and green spaces.
- Northern Line & Thameslink: 8-min walk to Kentish Town Station or 5-min walk to Tufnell Park
- Overground: 15-min walk to Gospel Oak or Kentish Town West

About me
I work hybrid (in the office a couple of days a week and WFH for the rest). I travel a lot for work so you’ll have the flat to yourself for a couple of weeks at a time.
Outside of work, I’m into sport, good pubs, working my way through Topjaw recommendations, nice wine bars, reading, etc etc.

As a flatmate, I’m easygoing, responsible, and keep things fairly tidy and organised. I like maintaining a relaxed, respectful home environment—happy to do our own thing and respect each other's space, but also up for casual socialising or grabbing a drink.
