Room available in friendly houseshare, 5 minutes from Kentish town station!

The flat: double bedroom in a 4-person houseshare. Bathroom shared with one other flatmate (as the other 2 bedrooms are en suite) and a beautiful garden, great for sunbathing and chilling in the summer. There is also a large living/kitchen area which has lovely natural light and overlooks a quiet residential street.

Location: Great area, just a short walk to hampstead heath or primrose hill and with lots of nice cafes/pubs. 5 mins walk from Kentish town station with the Northern Line and overground. Kentish Town West station also 15 mins walk away for more overground options.

The flatmates: there are 3 of us in the flat, Laura, Peerada and Jacob. We are all working professionals in our late 20s and like to chat in the kitchen etc while keeping the house a clean and relaxing place. We work in architecture, tech, and finance, with a mix of office and wfh.

Cost: £1000 for the room per month, + bills (about £110 a month). Deposit £1238.

Dates: available from 5th Sept
