Looking for a female working professional to take over my former flatmate’s en-suite room in a friendly, well-kept flat.

The room is bright and comfortable, with a private en-suite bathroom, and the flat has a relaxed, sociable atmosphere while still being a great place to unwind after work.

The room comes with a double bed, wardrobe, and a desk.

Living room with open kitchen and balcony is shared.

Rent is £1,300 per month (excluding bills).

Bills (council tax, electricity and gas, water, and WiFi) comes to around £200 per month.

Security deposit (£1,300) will be held by an insured scheme by the estate agent. Reference required.
