We have a bright and comfortable double room to let in our home. It's on the third floor next to a beautiful (and clean!) shared shower room.
We are a family of four - two young children and a cat - so a friendly and fun space - but definitely not a party house! After school can be noisy - but always quiet after 9.30pm.
The kitchen is shared with us - where you would have a dedicated cupboard and fridge shelf.
We're looking for a relaxed and friendly lodger - prefer female. Tolerating children and liking cats is necessary!
As we're a family home - we're not able to welcome additional guests. However, the room would suit someone who is looking for a clean, comfortable and secure space.
