Double Room available 1st October in beautiful Dartmouth Park neighbourhood next to Kentish Town.

The flat has a spacious living room, kitchen, bathroom (with shower/bath) and the room comes with double bed and wardrobe. Bills are not included but come to about £100 each a month.

The flat is opposite the gorgeous Hampstead Heath, on the 214 + 88 bus routes into central, 5 mins walk from Gospel Oak overground (mildmay and suffragette lines) and 10/15 mins walk from Kentish Town underground (northern line).

I am moving away but have absolutely loved living here! We have a good relationship with the landlord and the area is so lovely - beautiful green space, amazing pubs, and great transport links. You would be living with my wonderful friend Sami who works in forensic anthropology.
