We have two dreamy rooms in a Kentish Town maisonette ready for you if you are looking for a perfect quiet London home. One is bright and garden-facing, the other is a super spacious ‘master’ bedroom with hardwood floors.

*The house:*
A beautiful, massive terrace house in Kentish town, sunny and airy with high ceilings, big windows and its own private sizable garden. There are four bedrooms and two full bathrooms (each complete with a bathtub for the ideal selfcare night) spread across 2 floors. We love our fantastic open plan living space that leads into the kitchen/dining area, looking out onto the garden — perfect for dinners at home and hosting friends (also comes with a dishwasher, oven, microwave and Char’s next-level coffee machine). And because of the house’s size / layout across floors, all rooms very much occupy their own space and have nice privacy.

The double room available gets gorgeous light (heaven for plant lovers), overlooks the quiet back garden, and can also be a very comfortable work from home space with plenty of room for a desk. It also comes with the night stand and two full wardrobes pictured so ideal for those of you looking for generous closet space.

The ‘master’ room across the hall is frankly huge, you could practically host your own yoga class in it. Comes with the lovely wooden wardrobe-dresser combo pictured, and more than enough room for whatever else you like.

*Location:*
We are on a quiet, leafy residential street, ~5 minutes walking from the high street (with LOADS of great pubs and restaurants and, importantly, Kossof’s bakery), and ~5 minutes walking from the Kentish Town Northern Line station and Thameslink station. The house is also ~10 mins walk from Kentish Town overground, 15 minutes from Tufnell Park underground, 15 minutes from Camden Road overground, and 18 minutes from Camden Town. It’s an absolute dream being on such a quiet street but still being so well connected!

*About the housemates:*
Charlotte and Harriet are the two amazing ladies here to welcome you, looking to replace Ella and Sarah (me) who are very reluctantly / with heavy hearts moving onto our next chapter after a glorious few years in this gem of a home. We have all become very good friends since living together and are proud of the house we've turned into a home.

Charlotte is a consultant in the people and culture space from the UK, cold swimmer and reality TV aficionado, who loves a little treat. Harriet is a teacher from Aus, sourdough baker and overall hobbyist queen, who loves a little thrift haul.

The house is friendly, sociable, and relaxed. There can be long work hours on occasion, and everyone has their own thing going on much of the time, but is always up for a house drink, movie night, or home-cooked dinner — with bbq's and Sunday winter roasts being the specialty (see our summer garden spread in the last pic for reference). Everyone is regularly out and about (frequenting bars/markets/gigs/galleries/restaurants) and are very often travelling, but love coming back to this little Kentish Town safe haven.

*About you:*
If the above sounds like your vibe, then maybe the house is a fit for you! A note that we are looking for someone in their late 20’s to mid/late 30’s who is employed full time. It is important to everyone in the house to maintain a respectful atmosphere, and to keep the living space relaxed but very clean and tidy — hopefully this will be important to you as well.

You can be an individual searching on your own and one of these two dreamy rooms caught your eye, or you can be a pair of friends who hit the jackpot and are interested in them both.

The room is available to move in from around the 2nd of October. There may be some flexibility on the dates if we find the perfect person.
