I’m moving out of my lovely flat in Kentish Town and looking for someone to take over my room from 1st November.

About the flat🏡

Fully furnished double room in a 3-bedroom top-floor flat in Kentish Town. It’s a really comfortable room with plenty of space to make your own. It gets lots of natural light throughout the day and has lots of storage space, including two built-in wardrobes! You’ll share the bathroom with just 1 other person as one of the other rooms has an ensuit. Fully equipped kitchen and lovely open-plan living and dining area!

Flatmates 👯‍♀️

* Léa, 29 – works in health communications, mostly wfh with 1–2 days in the office. Enjoys an evening dance or Pilates class and catching up with friends
* Imogen, 27 – works in Sports Operations and enjoys Pilates, catching up with friends for a drink and walks around the local parks

Both girls are really lovely and the flat has a nice balance of being chatty and friendly while also respecting each other’s space.

Everyone is considerate and keeps the flat tidy, so we’re looking for someone similar who’s clean and respectful. We’re looking for a professional who’s a similar age (no students sorry!!) who is looking to make this place a home rather than just sharing a roof.

* 🚇 10 minute walk from Kentish Town West (Mildmay line)
* 🛒 Sainsburys and Co-op just 3 minutes away, with an Aldi and Tesco 8 minutes away
* 🌳 Walking distance to Camden, Hampstead Heath, Primrose Hill, and lots of great pubs, cafés, and restaurants
