Spacious Double Room in Kentish Town

I’m looking for someone to take over a spacious double room with two large windows in our lovely 3-bed house in Kentish Town, available from around early November! (exact move-in date TBC)

Amazing location: Both Kentish Town Station (Northern Line & Thameslink) and Tufnell Park Station are only around a 5-minute walk away

The room:
The room is on the ground floor and gets loads of natural sunlight throughout the day (too much that I have to close the curtains during the afternoon). It’s also super quiet and private - it faces towards the garden, and the walls aren’t directly connected to anyone else’s bedroom, so you don’t get much noise from the other rooms

The room comes furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and bedside table. During spring, you’ll also get a lovely view of the cherry blossom tree (I’m going to miss this so much urgh !) 🌸

The house:
- Open-plan kitchen & living room
- Private garden
- 2 bathrooms (you’ll share with one other)

About the flatmates:
You’ll be living with Seb and Avi, who are in their mid/late 20s and mid-30s. They’re both sociable, friendly and easy-going, and enjoy having a chat in the living room. We’re looking for someone who’s sociable and would enjoy a relaxed household !
