Spacious bright room in lovely maisonette

I’m very sad to be leaving my lovely flat and flatmates in Kentish Town. A room is becoming available in the house, which is a maisonette above a small local business.

You will be living with Gillian (31) and Sebil (29) who are both working professionals that will be out of the house most weekdays. The girls are looking for a woman who is calm, friendly but independent, and tidy. They are also looking for someone who pulls their weight around the home and is not a party animal. Ideally the flatmate will be a professional over 25 and a nonsmoker.

The flat is generally a quiet and calm space as the flatmates have busy lives. However, they are always down for a chat or dinner together and are very friendly!

The room is on the second floor and you will be sharing a bathroom with Sebil only.

The flat is well located and very well priced for the area. It is a 4 minute walk from Kentish Town and a 10 minute walk from Camden Town tube station, and is placed close to several bus routes (88/214/393/134) which take you to central London as well as green spaces like Hampstead Heath or Primrose Hill. The flat is also 1 minute away from a Tesco, 2 minute away from an Aldi, and 4 minutes away from Sainsbury.

The rent is £900.67, with a deposit of £750. Bills vary but are generally around £150 per month, and there is a cleaner who comes every week which costs £13 each time.

Ideally we are looking for someone who can take the room from November 18, 2026.

The deposit will be transferred to me and there will be a small fee (£50) for you to pay to change the name on the contract.

This flat technically comes unfurnished, but I will be selling my furniture (bed frame, double mattress (very comfy and from a very reputable brand), wardrobe, desk, blackout curtains). I will heavily preference those who are interested in buying my furniture. Most of the furniture is decently new and has been well taken care of.
