It is in the heart of Kentish Town, with coffee shops, grocery stores, book shops and an entire high street mere steps from the door. A 2-3 minute walk to Kentish Town underground, or a 8-10 minute walk from Kentish Town West, and many bus routes.
Hampstead Heath is also a 15-20 minute walk.

This flat is on a quiet street with kind neighbours and locals.
The entire flat is £2150, or split we have always divided it into:

Room 1: £900
Smaller of the two rooms, but plenty of closet space and storage. Comes with a double bed. Large window can make it feel like a lovely little treehouse room.
If desired, you could downsize to a smaller bed, and have more room to play with.

Room 2: £1250
Larger room, also with a double bed, a closet, and built in shelves. This room also has a large window, but quite a bit more space to the layout.
